Outbound Sales Representative Level 2

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives with experience in the telecommunications (telco) industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of telco products and services, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Customer Engagement

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting available telco promotions and offers.
• Conduct account check-ins and realignments to ensure customers are receiving the best value for their services.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate business solutions.
• Effectively handle objections through strong rebuttals and value-driven conversations.

Sales Conversion & Goal Achievement

• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities by offering relevant add-ons and upgrades.

Documentation & Call Disposition

• Properly document customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecommunications (telco) industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technologies.

Preferred:

• Experience handling telco accounts.
• Knowledge of sales processes, promotions, and account realignment.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, with flexible shifts depending on business needs.

Location:

• Onsite at Robinsons Equitable Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.

We give daily, weekly & monthly spiff!!!!!! Earn up to 100k a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
