Job Summary:

The Inbound Call Taker serves as the first point of contact for all incoming calls. This role is responsible for addressing initial customer concerns, gathering necessary information, and professionally routing the call to the appropriate department or sales representative for resolution or further assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen actively and identify the nature of the customer’s concern or inquiry.
  • Gather relevant information and verify customer details to ensure proper call handling.
  • Provide basic assistance or clarification if within scope; otherwise, transfer to the appropriate department or sales agent.
  • Use internal tools and systems to log calls, update records, and route calls accurately.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional call transfer experience for the customer.
  • Follow call handling scripts, escalation protocols, and service-level expectations.
  • Stay informed about updates to processes, contact routing, and department structures.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of call center experience in customer service or inbound.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and calmly.
  • Familiarity with call center systems (dialers, CRMs) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Onsite

Must be flexible with shift schedules, including nights or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
