Job Summary:
The Chat Sales Support Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries through live chat, assisting with product information, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. This role combines customer service with sales expertise to convert chat interactions into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat messages in real-time from prospective and existing customers.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, understanding offers, or resolving concerns during the purchase process.
- Identify sales opportunities during chat interactions and recommend suitable products or services.
- Address objections or hesitations using persuasive and customer-friendly communication.
- Maintain proper documentation of chat interactions in the CRM or support system.
- Meet performance goals such as response time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction score.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in chat sales support is required.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or live chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat).
- Strong problem-solving and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Office-based
- Must be flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
